The 9 Common Elements Of Longevity

1. Move Naturally - no "exercise", lives naturally involve physical activity and if it's "exercise" it's something enjoyable like a nature walk and especially gardening

2. Downshift - prayer, meditation, slowing down to rest and focus

3. Purpose Now - retirement is non-existent because you continue to do what pleases you, which is that which pleases others, why you get up every morning

4. Moderation - modest alcohol consumption, food portions controlled by smaller plates, glasses

5. Mostly Plant-based Diet - some meat, nuts, beans

6. Mechanisms to Get Away From Food - smaller plates, serve and then put the food away rather than allow nibbling

7. Loved Ones First - the elderly, the children, and embrace many people, sharing, five or more close friends

8. Belonging to a Faith-based Community

9. Surrounded by the Right People - like-minded such as active, moderate
